Blackwing services are pleased to offer Aerial video and photo packages specifically tailored for the Estate Agency Marketplace.
Aerial videos and photos can provide the Wow factor to a property, giving the prospective purchaser a unique perspective on the property, its grounds and gardens. Aerial views bring the property to life and can help visualise the features, scale and setting of the property.
Blackwing can provide two tailored packages:
Photographic package - a set of 12 still photographs of the property up to 12 megapixels, this will show the property from a variety of angles (subject to flight restrictions). The client will have complete control over the images once released by Blackwing.
Video package - a maximum 2 minute fully edited video with royalty free soundtrack. The package includes a full survey to determine what can be achieved. Shot may include may include Fly-bys, overhead shots, pivots around the property and panoramas of the surrounding environment. The video can be provided for client hosting, further integration into client videos or hosted on Vimeo at no extra charge.
Blackwing can offer these services either directly to the property owner or through an agent if required.
