Blackwing has had to produce a detailed Operations Manual for the CAA; it defines the processes and procedure that the organisation must adhere when undertaking tasks on behalf of the client. These include detail pre-site surveys and risk assessments to ensure the task can be undertaken in a safe and legal manner. The organisation will also need to obtain permissions where necessary from 3rd parties such as Landowners and Air Traffic Controllers.
